TroUBLE Shooting tips & tricks
  • Basics first: power, fuses, connectors, SWR.
  • Swap test: coax/mic/PSU known‑good parts.
  • Stage isolate: radio ⇄ feedline ⇄ antenna.
  • Kill RFI: ferrites on DC/USB; bond grounds.
  • Programming: duplex/tones/offsets verify in CHIRP.
  • Under load: measure voltage at the radio.
